1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete all data associated with your account, you have two options:

Option 1: Contact by email

Send a data deletion request to our team at info@boldknight.ai including:

• Full name
• Email address linked to your account or company
• Phone number associated with the communication (if applicable)

Option 2: Web form

You can submit your request directly through the form on our website: contact form

2. Deletion Timeline

Once your request is received, our team will confirm receipt and proceed to delete your data within a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain it for a longer period.

3. Scope of Deletion

Deletion will apply to:

• Contact data (name, email, phone number).
• Message history processed through our integrations.
• Any information stored in our database linked to your company or user account.

We will not delete information that has been anonymized or that we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
