What is an active conversation?
An "active conversation" is a unique contact that the agent handles during the month. A lead who sends 15 messages counts as 1 conversation, not 15.
This model aligns the price with real value: each conversation has an operating cost (AI model, WhatsApp API, monitoring). You pay for leads handled, not messages sent.
Example: If you receive 500 leads this month and your agent has conversations with 300 of them, you use 300 conversations. Leads who did not respond are not counted.

What does the implementation include? +
Everything: AI agent setup, training with your business knowledge, integration with your WhatsApp and calendar, CRM pipeline build, testing with real leads, and fine-tuning. In 10 business days your system is live without you touching anything technical.
What is an active conversation? +
A unique contact that the agent manages during the month. If the same lead sends 15 messages, it counts as 1 active conversation. This aligns the price with the real value your business receives, not the number of messages.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
No. The service is month-to-month. If you decide to cancel at any point, there are no penalties or binding contracts. The annual discount (20%) does require a 12-month commitment.
How does the 30-day guarantee work? +
If at the end of the first month the agent has not handled its first qualified inquiry, we refund 100% of the payment — no questions asked. The guarantee covers the first implemented funnel.
Why does this cost more than a chatbot or SaaS platform? +
Because we don't sell software — we sell an implemented and managed system. SaaS platforms cost $29–247/month, but you configure, train, and maintain everything yourself. We do everything for you: implementation, monthly optimization, support. It's the difference between having a car and having a driver.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The change takes effect in the next billing cycle. If you need more conversations or features, we scale without interrupting the service.
